Services We Offer

Work Permit

The Singapore Work Permit is eligible for semi-skilled migrant workers from authorized source countries or regions, enabling them to work in sectors such as construction, manufacturing, marine shipyard, process, or services within Singapore for a maximum duration of 2 years, contingent upon the validity of the worker’s passport, security bond, and employment period. Application for this permit must be submitted by the applicant’s employer or a designated employment agency. Employers are eligible to apply for this permit provided they fulfill the necessary quota requirements.

S Pass

The S Pass is designed for skilled workers earning a fixed monthly salary benchmarked against the top one-third of the local workforce in terms of age. Valid for up to two years, it is renewable as long as the holder continues to work for the same employer. Applications for this pass must be made by the employer or an employment agency acting on behalf of the candidate. Depending on the industry, each Singapore company has a limited quota for S Passes.

Employment Pass

The Singapore Employment Pass is designed for foreign professionals, executives, and managerial personnel seeking employment in Singapore. It grants the holder permission to work in Singapore for a duration of 1 to 2 years, with the option for renewal as long as the individual continues to work for the same employer. Applications for the Employment Pass must be submitted by the candidate’s employer or employment agency.

EntrePass

Foreign entrepreneurs interested in launching a new business incorporating cutting-edge technologies in Singapore have the opportunity to apply for the Singapore EntrePass. This pass is initially valid for one year upon entry and is subject to renewal upon fulfillment of specified criteria.

Dependant's Pass (DP)

The Singapore Dependant’s Pass enables Employment Pass or S Pass holders to relocate with their spouses and children to Singapore. The pass application must be submitted by the employer or employment agency of the Employment Pass or S Pass holders on their behalf. The duration of stay is contingent upon the validity period of the Employment Pass or S Pass held by the applicant.

Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP)

Individuals holding an Employment Pass or S Pass are entitled to sponsor their parents, common-law spouses, stepchildren, or handicapped children for entry into Singapore. The application for a Long-Term Visit Pass must be submitted by the employer of the Employment Pass or S Pass holder, or by an employment agency acting on their behalf. The duration of the stay will be linked to the validity period of the Employment Pass or S Pass held by the sponsor.

Tech. Pass

The Singapore Tech.Pass is a work permit designed for global tech industry experts or entrepreneurs who wish to establish their businesses or work for Singaporean employers. Valid for two years, this pass is renewable upon expiration.

Permanent Residence (PR)

Obtaining Permanent Residence status grants applicants access to a range of benefits, including issuance of a blue card for visa-free travel, the freedom to pursue various job opportunities, financial advantages, tax benefits, access to healthcare services, and property ownership. The following categories below are eligible to apply for PR:

  • Spouse or unmarried child aged below 21 years old of a Singapore citizen or Singapore permanent resident (PR)
  • Aged parent of a Singapore citizen
  • An Employment Pass or S Pass holder
  • Student studying in Singapore
  • Foreign investor in Singapore

Singapore Citizenship

Singapore Citizenship status offers individuals a range of advantages, including access to a Singapore passport granting visa-free or visa on arrival entry to 189 countries and territories, as well as enhanced subsidies for property, education, employment, healthcare services, and financial and tax benefits. However, acquiring this status requires individuals to renounce one’s previous nationality.
